"Simply Better"

Utilize GES-Realty's Expertise

As a prospective buyer in today's real estate market you should be aware of all of the lender and government programs available to you. Many of the articles I've published online discuss these programs.

There are lots of incentives available for today's homebuyer, including the first time homebuyer tax credit.  This has been revised since it was originally passed in August of 2008.

The tax credit is no longer repaid by the borrower in future years. First time homebuyers taking advantage of this temporary tax credit need to purchase a home before the end November of 2009.

Understand the process.

Buying real estate is a complex matter and can be especially confusing for any homebuyer. Do yourself a favor and learn as much about the process as you can before you begin.

There are plenty of resources at ges-realty.com explaining things in plain language. Put your trust in a proven pro with a history of success and you're experience will be successful as well.

Figure out your finances.

How much money you can raise for your down payment and how much you can afford to pay on a monthly basis as well as great credit are key obtaining financing for your purchase. We can help to get a pre approval and to find you the best mortgage rate possible. When calculating the costs of home ownership, remember to plan for homeowner's insurance, property taxes, private mortgage insurance (if required), utilities, repairs, and maintenance.
